The Product Designer III will work with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and other Product Designers to shape innovative and impactful user interactions across the customer journey.Role involves:
  • Guiding a product development team through all solution-design phases.
  • Building wireframes and clickthrough prototypes in Figma.
  • Creating clear, concise documentation that articulates design rationale.
  • Taking responsibility for scoping design work and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Presenting design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leading cross-functional activities to accelerate the design process.
  • Helping drive design consistency across the product portfolio.
  • Identifying and tracking success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
  • Promoting the adoption and evolution of the design system.
  • Coordinating user research efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Product Designer on a complex B2B product.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with UX Researchers.
  • Strong understanding of usability, UI design, and enterprise design systems.
  • Evidence of using data and storytelling to influence product decisions.
