Visier is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The company is a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions. This role involves strategic consulting with senior leaders, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful impact within the organization.

The role involves:
  • Forming strategic partnerships with client groups to understand business priorities and provide tailored talent initiatives.
  • Driving manager effectiveness through direct partnership and coaching.
  • Facilitating the development of talent density within the client group.
  • Managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Championing data-driven decision-making using Visier's people analytics platform.
  • Leading talent projects and initiatives.

The requirements are:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in tech and understanding of SaaS company business models.
  • Proven track record of strategic partnership and consultation.
  • Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and US employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills.
