This role involves strategic consulting with senior leaders, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful impact within the organization.
The role involves:
- Forming strategic partnerships with client groups to understand business priorities and provide tailored talent initiatives.
- Driving manager effectiveness through direct partnership and coaching.
- Facilitating the development of talent density within the client group.
- Managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Championing data-driven decision-making using Visier's people analytics platform.
- Leading talent projects and initiatives.
The requirements are:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
- Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in tech and understanding of SaaS company business models.
- Proven track record of strategic partnership and consultation.
- Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian and US employment law.
- Excellent communication skills.
