Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Fluxon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive product delivery and contribute to the company's growth. This role is open to candidates based in Poland, preferably in Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk.This Staff Software Engineer will:

• Guide project delivery from inception to launch.
• Partner directly with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
• Support the development of a healthy engineering culture.

Qualifications for this include:

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, incident response).
• Fluency in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures, data structures, algorithms, and effective development practices.
