SmartBear is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Galway. The Customer Success Manager will forge long-term partnerships with key leaders, positioning SmartBear as a strategic partner. The role involves driving the adoption, optimization, and integration of SmartBear products, ensuring customers achieve maximum value.
The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Renewals, Marketing, Support, and Product to create a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate will be based in the Galway office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
