SmartBear is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Galway. The Customer Success Manager will forge long-term partnerships with key leaders, positioning SmartBear as a strategic partner. The role involves driving the adoption, optimization, and integration of SmartBear products, ensuring customers achieve maximum value.

The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Renewals, Marketing, Support, and Product to create a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate will be based in the Galway office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with enterprise customers to build and expand relationships.
  • Position SmartBear as a strategic partner by aligning solutions with customer goals.
  • Monitor customer usage and health, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure value realization.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track key performance metrics to measure customer engagement and success.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the broader SmartBear portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Min 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and align them with solutions.
  • Comfortable with software products and technologies.
  • Proficient in using data to track customer health metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Based in Galway with the ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills that are relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
