Point72 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional to join Cubist Systematic Strategies in Hong Kong. This role will contribute to the group’s growth by identifying and evaluating candidates for portfolio manager, researcher, and software developer positions. The ideal candidate will learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Work with Portfolio Management teams to define job specifications and skills requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment firms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student groups.
  • Assist in standardizing interview evaluation summaries and creating training materials.
  • Develop new strategies for sourcing and evaluating candidates.
  • Survey the recruiting landscape to identify market trends and talent.
  • Develop long-term relationships with talented individuals.
  • Gather objectives, screen candidates, and help formulate offers.


Requirements:
  • An academic background in a quantitative discipline or related field.
  • A BS or MS in finance, statistics, engineering, or computer science is preferred, along with 3 years of work experience.
  • The ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
  • Non-English language skills (especially Mandarin) are valuable but not a requirement.
