Job Description

WOO X, a global centralised crypto futures and spot trading platform, is looking for a Listing BD Manager to join their Listing team. The Listing team is in charge of adding new tokens to the exchange platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector and have a proven track record in asset listing.

The Listing BD Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying promising blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives for potential listing on WOO X. He/She will cultivate relationships within the project community, with crypto founders, and venture capitalists. He/She will also contribute to the due diligence process and present justifications for listings to senior leadership.

What this role involves:

• Cultivating meaningful connections within the project community, crypto founders, and prominent venture capitalists.
• Actively scouting and pinpointing emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives suitable for inclusion on WOO.
• Maintaining a consistent and robust stream of promising projects in the pipeline for potential listing.
• Contributing insights during the due diligence process.
• Leading internal approval procedures and presenting comprehensive justifications for listings.
• Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Representing WOO at global events.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge and practical expertise in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
• Evident enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• A proven track record of 3-5 years in asset listing within the cryptocurrency realm.
• Exceptional written and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Adeptness in collaborative team environments, along with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in English.
