Job Description

• Overseeing manufacturing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Solving real-time challenges and providing technical support to manufacturing partners.
• Optimizing processes and managing work order assignments.
• Handling post-sale change requests and implementing solutions.
• Fostering collaboration between customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in hardware or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, with expertise in 3DP Printing and CNC Machining.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on manufacturing timelines, scope management, and quality assurance.
• A knack for problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in multicultural, night-shift environments, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with low-volume piece parts and prototypes is a plus.
