The Renewals Specialist role at Duetto involves managing global SaaS contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. The specialist will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deployment teams to optimize the renewal process, retain customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process.
  • Communicate with customers and address any questions or issues.
  • Identify non-standard contract terms and assist the sales team.
  • Manage customer churn and downsells.
  • Maintain timely contract administration.
  • Partner with sales teams on customer communication and strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to streamline contracts.
  • Provide quarterly renewal forecasts.
  • Assist in achieving a 90%+ renewal retention rate.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, renewals, or sales operations.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales/account management (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with contract administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience required.
  • Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong documentation skills.
