The role involves:

  • Setting the direction and vision for Bellroy’s social channels.
  • Turning product launches, campaigns, and brand moments into compelling content.
  • Overseeing when and how content is published.
  • Monitoring performance, testing ideas, and refining the approach.
  • Spotting trends and guiding content development.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and direction.
  • Knowledge of translating marketing goals into platform-specific strategies.
  • Ability to create clear, actionable content briefs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence with data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Awareness of platform best practices and emerging trends.
