The role involves:
- Setting the direction and vision for Bellroy’s social channels.
- Turning product launches, campaigns, and brand moments into compelling content.
- Overseeing when and how content is published.
- Monitoring performance, testing ideas, and refining the approach.
- Spotting trends and guiding content development.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and direction.
- Knowledge of translating marketing goals into platform-specific strategies.
- Ability to create clear, actionable content briefs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence with data analysis and performance measurement.
- Awareness of platform best practices and emerging trends.
