  • Owning and evolving Strider’s global talent acquisition strategy aligned with strategic business goals.

  • Championing a data-first approach with dashboards and reporting.
  • Partnering with executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.

  • Overseeing employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience.
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in building structured hiring processes.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in using data to inform hiring strategies.
  • Experience with AI and automation in recruiting.
