- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven success scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in building structured hiring processes.
- Strong experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics.
- Demonstrated success in using data to inform hiring strategies.
- Experience with AI and automation in recruiting.
