Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization with over 65 years of experience, is seeking a Werkstudent/Praktikant (m/w/d) to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. This role is crucial in creating a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent to support the company's mission of providing life-changing medications to patients worldwide. Simtra specializes in the production of sterile, injectable drugs, including cancer therapeutics.Simtra BioPharma Solutions is looking for a candidate to support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting. Role Involves:

• Assisting with the organization and coordination of interview appointments.
• Ensuring a smooth and pleasant candidate experience.
• Maintaining applicant data and generating reports.
• Supporting employer branding projects, such as Kununu, advertising, and trade fair visits.
• Identifying and approaching potential talents through active sourcing.
• Contributing ideas and suggestions to optimize recruiting processes.

Requirements:

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) in a relevant field of study, such as business administration with a focus on human resources, (business) psychology, or a similar field.
• Interest in recruiting and collaboration with various teams.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Friendly and communicative personality with a respectful approach to candidates.
• Good German and English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
