OLIVER, as a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Art Director to join their team in Manila, Philippines. This role involves using the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality, high-performing ads to enterprise clients or small businesses. The GenAI Art Director will lead a team of creatives, resolving creative challenges, and pushing the boundaries of GenAI in advertising.

The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with GenAI tools, strong art direction, and visualization skills, and a good understanding of the digital landscape and social asset development. They should be able to inspire the team with creative solutions.

Role involves:

  • Overseeing a team of creatives for both copy and design.
  • Art directing and producing high standards in craft and innovative work across platforms.
  • Being accountable for the full creative process from concept to execution.
  • Managing the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
  • Working with Training and Product & Engineering teams to explore, implement and test GenAI features.

Requirements:

  • Strong in ideation and concepting for digital and social campaigns.
  • Strong art direction and visualization skills from static to motion.
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape and social assets development.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills. Experience in Adobe After Effects / motion graphics required.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
