GenAI Integrated Designer

Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Integrated Designer to join their team in Manila, Philippines. This role involves utilizing the Pencil platform to create high-quality, high-performing ads for enterprise clients and small businesses. The GenAI Integrated Designer will inspire a team with creative solutions, overcome the limitations of GenAI, and push beyond perceived creative limitations.Role involves:

• Producing innovative designs demonstrating GenAI capabilities.
• Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Utilizing motion animation skills to create engaging visuals.
• Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies.
• Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the preparation of finished files.
• Employing expertise in photo manipulation.
• Collaborating with Training and Product & Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• A passion for design and conception.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with digital agency.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography, animation, and idea-generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Consistent record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative.
• Excellent experience working closely with clients.
• Strong client liaison skills.
• Extensive experience in photo manipulation.
• Experience with multiple Adobe applications (Ps, Pr).
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation.
• On and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
• Aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively.
• Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
