Rebag Japan is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team in Tokyo. This role involves supporting local warehouses and shipping operations, managing important documents, and providing shipping information to logistics. The Operations Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support local warehouses and shipping operations.
• Manage documents like advanced notices and invoices.
• Support the Operations Manager and team members.
• Provide shipping information to logistics.
• Update and monitor shipments daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be bilingual; fluent in Japanese and English.
• Possesses a "hands-on" attitude and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Is positive, energetic, and a team player.
• Is detail-oriented and accurate, with strong data entry, processing, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Has excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Has previous experience in logistics (WMS) is ideal.
