Software Engineer, CRM Integrations at Yext

Yext, recently joined forces with Hearsay Systems, is seeking a Medior Software Engineer to join their Budapest Engineering Team. The engineer will help build scalable, high-performance systems behind digital engagement for enterprise brands worldwide. This role is part of the Hearsay team, now an integral part of Yext. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at least one day per week, with flexibility based on project and team needs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with experienced engineers in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Debug, review, and refine code, proactively resolving issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to shape priorities and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Continuously improve team processes and development practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented principles (OOP) and design patterns.
• 3+ years of experience using Python, Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Backbone, or Underscore.
• Knowledge of relational database management.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS).
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
