Talent Acquisition Associate at Blockchain.com

Blockchain.com, a leading software platform for digital assets, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their expanding team in Paris. This role is crucial in supporting Blockchain.com’s growth across Europe. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in building out both Tech and Non-Tech functions.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent across global offices.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, and managing offers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Craft engaging job descriptions.
• Build relationships with industry professionals.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Experience in fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and address challenges.
• Fluency in English is required while fluency in French is highly preferred.
