NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud Voice to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing their AWS Developer skill set to work on Service Cloud Voice projects and ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. This role involves facilitating business process reviews, configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and partners. The Sr. Developer will also manage technical aspects of projects, deliver customer training, and lead vision and strategy discussions, contributing to AI-powered transformations.Responsibilities include:
- Working on Service Cloud Voice projects
- Ensuring customer success with Amazon Connect solutions
- Facilitating business process reviews
- Configuring Salesforce and Amazon Connect solutions
- Acting as a technical liaison
- Managing technical project aspects
- Delivering customer training and documentation
- Customer-facing contact center experience

- Experience deploying AWS resources as code
