This role involves working on Service Cloud Voice projects, ensuring customer success with Amazon Connect solutions, and translating customer requirements into contact center designs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working on Service Cloud Voice projects using AWS Developer skill set
• Building and launching Amazon Connect solutions
• Identifying customer requirements through business process reviews
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
• Managing technical aspects of projects and customer communications
• Delivering end-user training and documentation

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Customer-facing contact center experience
• Experience with Amazon Connect Flow Development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• API integration experience
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience deploying AWS resources using infrastructure as code
• Comfortable writing Lambda functions and creating bots in Lex.
