NeuraFlash is seeking a Sr. Service Cloud Voice Developer to contribute to its innovative AI and technology solutions. The role involves working on Service Cloud Voice projects, ensuring customer success with Amazon Connect solutions. The candidate will work as technical liaison between customers, partners, and support while also delivering customer end-user training and documentation
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing AWS Developer skills on Service Cloud Voice projects
- Facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements
- Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Driving best practices for contact center design
- Managing technical aspects of projects and customer communications
- Leading vision and strategy discussions
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow Development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- API integration experience
- Experience deploying AWS resources using infrastructure as code
- Comfortable writing Lambda functions in JavaScript or Python
- Experience creating bots in Lex
