Sr. Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud Voice at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to work on Service Cloud Voice projects. The role involves ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

This role requires strong technical acumen and communication skills, acting as a liaison between customers, partners, and support. The Senior Developer will drive best practices for contact center design and manage all technical aspects of projects, delivering customer end-user training and documentation.

• Utilize AWS Developer skills on Service Cloud Voice projects.

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow Development.

• Experience deploying AWS resources using infrastructure as code.
• Comfortable writing Lambda functions in Javascript or Python.
• Experience creating bots in Lex.
