NeuraFlash is seeking a Sr. Service Cloud Voice Developer to contribute to AI-driven business solutions. The developer will work on Service Cloud Voice projects, ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. This role involves facilitating business process reviews, educating customers on AWS, and translating requirements into contact center designs.
The developer will also configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, act as a technical liaison, drive best practices, and manage all technical aspects of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AWS Developer skills on Service Cloud Voice projects
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Act as technical liaison between customers, partners, and support
- Manage all technical aspects of projects
- Deliver customer end-user training and documentation
Requirements:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flow Development
- Communication and presentation skills
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience deploying AWS resources using infrastructure as code
- Comfortable writing Lambda functions in JavaScript or Python
- Experience creating bots in Lex
