Job Description
Tenable is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join its dynamic legal team as Corporate Counsel. This role will support the company’s global Employment Law matters, and assist with the company’s global Privacy, Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence regulatory matters. He/she will work closely with privacy counsel and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Information Security, and Product/Engineering.
Responsibilities: - Reviewing, drafting, and providing guidance on various agreements.
- Assisting in responding to subpoenas.
- Conducting legal research on employment, privacy, and AI-related legal developments.
- Supporting immigration-related and visa-related inquiries.
- Providing legal guidance on matters involving international employment law.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: - JD degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
- 1-3 years of post-law school experience in employment law, privacy or related legal practice.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A proactive and organized mindset.
- Familiarity with key employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, and FMLA) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and CCPA) is a plus.
