Tenable is seeking a Senior Software Escalation Engineer to join their Cloud Security team. This role is based in Tel Aviv and focuses on interfacing with customers to resolve technical issues and improve solutions. The ideal candidate will be the first technical expert in the team, building a scalable customer-facing engineering function.
Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of technical escalations.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
- Analyzing logs and providing bug fixes.
- Engaging directly with customers to resolve issues.
- Tracking and monitoring open bugs.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Recommending preventative measures.
- Developing technical documentation.
Requirements: - 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong background in cloud security and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and querying logs.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
