Job Description
Point72 is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Macro Front Office Technology team. The candidate will be responsible for building services, applications, and workflows to develop analytics for stakeholders, with a focus on P&L and risk. The role involves integrating these analytics into various systems and engineering scalable workflows.
Role involves:
- Developing P&L and risk analytics for financial products.
- Integrating analytics into user interactive tools and risk systems.
- Engineering robust and scalable workflows.
- Integrating third-party components.
- Providing support to downstream consumers.
- Driving efficiency across Macro BAU processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, Python.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, specifically in P&L and risk systems or another Front Office development capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards.
