Brainlabs is seeking a Director of Strategy & Planning to join their team in Mexico. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cross-channel media plans that drive business growth for clients.

Role Involves: - Translating overarching strategy into cross-channel plans.
- Using knowledge of cross-channel execution and best practice to deliver innovative, holistic multi-channel plans.
- Building a data-driven understanding of the client’s consumer, category, brand, and business.
- Providing planning insight in pitches and lead our product offer in pitches.
- Collaborating with global strategy, data strategy, and client teams to deliver measurement solutions.
Requirements: - 12+ years experience of delivering cross-media plans for leading multi-product clients.
- Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise insight to drive media plans and marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent grasp of online and offline channels.
- Expert knowledge of media planning principles.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
