Job Description
Lockwood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of medical communications projects from start to finish. This includes content development, advisory boards, and speaker training. The ideal candidate will manage project teams, interact with various company departments, meet client expectations, build faculty relationships, and keep programs on track.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Manage timely and professional communications with clients/faculty.
- Ensure client expectations are met in program activities.
- Develop project budgets and contribute to new business activities.
- Manage financial monitoring and reconciliation of projects.
- Schedule and conduct team meetings, maintaining schedules and providing updates.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget performance.
- Oversee project activities including faculty recruitment, content development, and logistics.
- Assist in training new account team members.
- Adhere to Lockwood policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in healthcare communications.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office.
