Job Description
Perplexity AI, experiencing rapid growth since launching its conversational answer engine, seeks a Customer Success Engineer to collaborate with strategic consumer and pro-subscriber accounts. This role involves solving challenging technical problems, providing expert guidance, and driving improvements. The Customer Success Engineer will serve as a dedicated technical resource, providing in-depth troubleshooting assistance and educating customers on platform use. They will partner with various teams to resolve issues, translate learnings into scalable solutions, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the dedicated technical resource and advocate for consumer and pro-subscriber customers.
  • Become a technical and troubleshooting expert for consumer product offerings.
  • Partner with Enterprise, Mobile, and Product teams to resolve issues.
  • Translate learnings from customer issues into scalable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customer leaders.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify technical pain points.
