Tech Governance Lead

Point72 is seeking a Tech Governance Lead. The Tech Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives and are executed efficiently.

Role involves:
• Collating and reviewing content for weekly business reviews.
• Creating and managing monthly business reviews (MBRs).
• Overseeing the product feature request (PFR) process.
• Managing the content creation process for the monthly Technology newsletter.
• Supporting other business governance mechanisms or special projects.
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation and management for senior audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in governance frameworks and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively.
