Product Designer at Resident

Resident is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their Product team in Tel Aviv. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in executing the product roadmap and shaping the company's business success. Resident is an industry leader in the Direct-to-Consumer (e-commerce) space, with R&D, Product, and Data teams operating out of Tel Aviv since its founding. The company is focused on building a best-in-class e-commerce platform that leverages data and technology.In this role, the Product Designer will:

• Create cutting-edge designs and optimize user experiences across platforms.
• Push boundaries, experiment with new ideas, and conduct user research.
• Contribute to defining the product's UX and UI.
• Drive the best design practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer from SaaS/e-commerce companies.
• Experience in building large-scale CRM, Operations, Commerce, or Finance systems.
• Proven ability to manage and design complex user flows.
• Strong understanding of user behavior and preferences.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product and development teams.
• Proficiency in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Deep knowledge of Figma.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones, with fluency in English.
