Trailer Park Group is seeking a Strategist to join Mutiny, its integrated creative agency focused on the gaming space. The Strategist will dive into clients’ businesses, understand their marketing challenges, and propose solutions. They will partner with creative teams to develop innovative campaigns and content.Role involves:
- Bringing innovative connections thinking to creative and strategy teams.
- Identifying key communication tasks and developing relevant connection ideas.
- Co-creating inspiring briefs for creative teams.
- Building strategic messaging & communications frameworks.
- Building campaign and/or user journeys.
- Partnering with the measurement and analytics team.
- Providing POVs on media and marketing tactics.
- Preparing and giving presentations on findings & recommendations.
- Actively contributing and bringing your voice to the table.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in integrated marketing at a creative agency.
- Hands-on strategy and insights experience for creative campaigns.
- Passion for gaming culture, streaming, and eSports marketing.
- Ability to execute strategic requests with varying timelines.
- Proven ability to lead briefings that inspire innovation.
- Ability to productize strategy and think about strategy as a business development tool.
- Comfortable tackling various projects and re-prioritizing as needed.
- Sensitized to client/creative communication.
- Proactive, self-directed attitude towards work.
- Command of all ways brands connect with people.
- Ability to surface insights from data, research, and performance reporting.
