Business Development Lead at Trailer Park Group

White Turtle Studios, a Trailer Park Group company, is seeking a Business Development Lead to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and securing long-term partnerships. They will position the agency as the preferred creative partner for leading lifestyle, luxury, e-commerce, QSR, and beverage brands across India.

The Business Development Lead will work closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to craft compelling business proposals and represent the agency at industry events. This person will also stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal closures.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in lifestyle, luxury, e-commerce, QSR, and beverage sectors.
• Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with the agency's expansion plans.
• Craft compelling pitch presentations and lead end-to-end business negotiations.
• Build and nurture senior-level relationships with brand marketers, decision-makers, and CMOs.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored creative solutions that drive business impact.
• Act as a strategic partner, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking forums.
• Own and drive revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal closures.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in business development/sales within an advertising, marketing, or branding agency focused on lifestyle, luxury, or beverage brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign execution in the lifestyle and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring and retaining high-value clients and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong network with marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers in lifestyle and beverage brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
