AV Generalist- APAC at Trailer Park Group

Trailer Park Group is seeking a Senior AV Generalist to join their Scaled Post-Production department. This role involves creating localized AV marketing assets for global distribution, QC, and overseeing team deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively inclined, and experienced in managing high volumes of assets.

Responsibilities include:

• Localizing and versioning marketing AV assets.
• QC and validating incoming assets and project briefs.
• Overseeing project deliverables and timelines for the team.
• Preparing sequences and assets for conform and localization.
• Exporting and encoding spots for review and final delivery.
• Using After Effects for graphics and animations.
• Editing AV marketing material.
• Troubleshooting workflows and toolset inefficiencies.
• Collaborating on post-production optimizations.
• Onboarding and training new team members.
• Assisting with paperwork and asset management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years Offline Editing/GFX experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading a team.
• Client-facing experience a plus.
• Experience with global language localization a big plus.
• Ability to pick up new software and tools quickly.
• Deep familiarity with AV Postproduction workflows.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi required, other Indian/APAC languages a plus.
