Job Description
Skylo, a global Non-Terrestrial Network service provider, is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the technical integration of MNOs' network infrastructure with the Skylo Network. The Sales Engineer will guide MNOs through commercialization, provide technical training, and act as a trusted advisor for NTN product development. This role involves collaboration with various teams and championing the needs of MNOs within the organization.

Role involves:
  • Leading the technical integration of MNOs' network infrastructure with the Skylo Network.
  • Guiding MNOs through commercialization, including device readiness and billing setup.
  • Providing comprehensive technical training on NTN technical aspects.
  • Establishing technical leadership with MNOs.
  • Ensuring product features are improved by creating a feedback loop with Sales & Product teams.

Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Telecommunication.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across different teams.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with network elements such as vRAN/ORAN, Core, and packet or signal gateway.
  • Deep understanding of LTE, VoLTE, and SMS/voice call flows.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, NIDD, PDN, TCP/IP, and ICMP.
