Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead revenue generation strategies and drive firm-wide growth. This role involves aligning offerings with market demands and leading cross-functional sales, marketing, and business development strategies. The CCO will report to the CEO and collaborate with Practice and Go-to-Market leaders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing revenue strategies.
  • Overseeing sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Identifying new market opportunities.
  • Optimizing sales operations and methodologies.
  • Managing the revenue budget and forecasting.


Requirements include:
  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or revenue management.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
  • Experience in professional services or the technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven business development skills.
