Finance and Operations Client Director

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Client Director to join its Finance & Operations Practice. The Client Director will lead F&O client engagements and serve as a functional finance expert. They will drive sales efforts, build and coach the consulting team, author thought leadership, and drive best practices for the Finance and Operations portfolio. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a team that helps clients improve their businesses using technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading client engagements as project lead and functional expert.
• Advising on client business processes (financial close, reporting, FP&A, etc.).
• Building and coaching the F&O team.
• Bringing best practices to project implementations.
• Supporting business development activities.
• Leading project teams following Spaulding Ridge’s delivery methodology.
• Contributing to practice development.
• Recruiting and mentoring new talent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management consulting or corporate finance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience translating customer needs into solutions.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Business.
