Finance Transformation Lead

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to grow the firm's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and implementing ERP solutions for clients, focusing on building a sustainable business through new opportunities, client relationships, and high-value ERP services. The Finance Transformation Lead will play a crucial role in leading ERP roadmap development, implementation planning, and execution for clients, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery that meets expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for the firm's ERP offerings.
• Maintain a sales pipeline to support origination and revenue targets.
• Lead ERP evaluation and vendor selection processes for clients.
• Drive and expand executive relationships within client organizations.
• Lead ERP roadmap development, implementation planning, and execution for clients.
• Manage advisory work focused on ERP process improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members.

Requirements:

• Proven success in developing executive relationships.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems.
• Experience leading diverse teams of consultants and solution architects.
• Proven business development skills.
• Knowledge of ERP integration with other systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
