Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the growth of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice. The Finance Transformation Lead plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing ERP solutions for the firm's clients. This role involves building a sustainable business by originating new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering high-value ERP services.

The role involves:

• Developing and executing strategies for ERP offerings
• Leading ERP evaluation and vendor selection
• Managing ERP roadmap development and implementation
• Mentoring and coaching team members

Requirements:

• Proven success in developing executive relationships and revenue growth
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
• Experience leading diverse consulting teams
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
