Oracle EPM Consultant

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant to join their Finance & Operations practice. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using Oracle EPM, working with global organizations to improve financial clarity and operational performance.

The role involves:

• Delivering EPM solutions through the full cycle, including requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
• Assisting with pre-sales meetings, client demos, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborating with internal and client-side resources.
• Applying technology to creatively solve business challenges.
• Adhering to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2-5 years’ experience implementing or optimizing Oracle EPM or other EPM/CPM applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes.
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
