Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Architect to join their Finance & Operations practice. This role involves implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using Oracle EPM. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial processes and experience with Oracle EPM applications.

The EPM Architect will be responsible for leading EPM solutions through the full cycle, spearheading pre-sales activities, collaborating with internal and client-side resources, applying creative problem-solving skills, ensuring adherence to company methodologies, and contributing to practice growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing EPM/CPM applications
• Strong knowledge of financial processes
• Deep understanding of accounting processes
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements
• Track record of leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
• Experience with VB.net and data integration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly
