Anaplan Engagement Lead

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Engagement Lead to join their Finance and Operations Delivery Team. This role involves overseeing relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with cloud solutions to achieve their goals.

The Engagement Lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work, leading to new opportunities. The ideal candidate will develop trust relationships with clients, understand their business processes, and advise on best practices.

Role involves:

• Developing trust relationships with major clients
• Understanding customer needs
• Expanding relationships with existing customers
• Leading multi-faceted internal teams
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Serving as the link between customers and internal teams
• Resolving issues and complaints
• Generating new sales
• Preparing progress reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an engagement/project manager
• Experience in sales and providing solutions
• Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or similar EPM cloud technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
