NetSuite Architect

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a NetSuite Architect to join their Finance & Operations Practice. The candidate will be responsible for leading NetSuite client delivery engagements, supporting sales efforts, and building and coaching the NetSuite team.This person will author thought leadership and drive best practices for the NetSuite portfolio. They will identify and implement ways to help clients run their businesses more effectively using technology.Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite client engagements.
• Advise on client business processes (financial close, reporting, etc.).
• Build and coach the NetSuite team.
• Bring best practices to NetSuite implementations.
• Advise on NetSuite integrations.
• Provide technical sales support.
• Provide NetSuite thought leadership.
• Lead project teams.
• Approach problems creatively.
• Improve Spaulding Ridge's standing as a NetSuite partner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing delivery team members.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite.
• NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is a plus.
• Experience translating customer needs into solutions.
• Experience in change management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
