Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a OneStream GTM Lead to develop and execute a strategy to grow the company's OneStream business in North America. The GTM Lead will focus on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, sales leadership, and market development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for OneStream and data offerings.
- Identify, develop, and prioritize OneStream market offerings that fit business needs.
- Spearhead market activities, events, and relationship development to drive awareness and sales pipeline.
- Lead sales cycles and partner with cross-functional teams to support sales.
- Oversee the OneStream sales pipeline and align with revenue targets.
- Educate and enable client leaders on OneStream offerings.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and alliances.
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and events.
- Engage with Delivery teams to scope and develop solutions.
- Carry an individual sales target.
Requirements:
- Proven success scaling a new market or offering.
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of OneStream solutions.
- Experience leading sales, marketing, and alliance teams.
- Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities.
- Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets.
- Proven business operations skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
