OneStream Engagement Lead

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an OneStream Engagement Lead to join its OneStream Delivery Team. The Engagement Lead will manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, focusing on financial close processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with strategic clients, understand their needs, and align them with cloud solutions.

The Engagement Lead will drive strong delivery of existing work, leading to opportunities in different functions, business units, and regions. They will develop trust relationships, understand customer needs, expand relationships by proposing solutions, advise on best practices, lead internal teams, ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and generate new sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Understand their business processes and advise on best-practices where applicable
• Lead multi-faceted internal teams, balancing Spaulding Ridge’s resources to maximize impact to the customer while still focusing on their professional development and career progression
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of financial close processes
• Experience with Cash Flow, eliminations, and complex currency calculations
• Experience in sales and providing financial close solutions
• Experience with OneStream or similar cloud technology is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
