OneStream Engagement Lead

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a OneStream Engagement Lead to join their OneStream Delivery Team. This role involves overseeing relationships with enterprise-level clients, focusing on financial close processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and align them with cloud solutions to achieve their objectives.

The engagement lead will drive the delivery of existing work, leading to opportunities in different functions, business units, and regions. They will develop trust relationships with clients, understand their business processes, and advise on best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing trust relationships with major clients
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs
• Expanding relationships by proposing solutions
• Advising on best practices
• Leading multi-faceted internal teams
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Serving as the communication link between clients and internal teams
• Resolving issues and complaints
• Generating new sales and long-lasting relationships
• Preparing progress reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of financial close processes
• Experience with Cash Flow, eliminations, and currency calculations
• Experience in providing financial close solutions
• Experience with OneStream or similar technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
