OneStream Solution Architect

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a OneStream Solution Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform. This role involves leading OneStream solutions through the full cycle, from requirements and design to development, testing, training, implementation, and support. The candidate will also lead the full pre-sales cycle, collaborating with internal and client-side resources and creatively solving business challenges.

The Solution Architect will adhere to Spaulding Ridge's delivery methodology and project standards, working in a fast-paced environment while helping to grow the practice further. They will also embrace the company culture and internal initiatives.

Role involves:

• Leading OneStream solutions through full cycle
• Leading full pre-sales cycle
• Collaborating seamlessly with internal and client-side resources
• Applying technology to solve business challenges
• Adhering to delivery methodology and project standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• 7+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications
• Strong knowledge of financial processes
• Deep understanding of accounting processes
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to design a solution
• Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
• Experience with VB.net
• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources
