Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join their Salesforce Delivery team in North America. This role involves driving customer engagements by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions across various industries, particularly focusing on Revenue Cloud. The Architect will be the primary design owner and trusted SME for related deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting demand generation activities and providing subject matter expertise.
• Leading strategic road mapping and solution architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across various teams.
• Defining and managing programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness through training and change management.
• Establishing integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge’s technology portfolio.
• Performing hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows.
• Optimizing quote-to-cash processes through CPQ tools and automated renewals.
• Implementing billing solutions and revenue recognition processes.
• Defining metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption.
• Identifying expansion opportunities across existing client relationships.
• Mentoring and developing consulting teams on Revenue Cloud.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.
• Expertise with lead-to-cash technologies including CPQ/CLM, Billing, Payments, Orders.
• Experience implementing finance solutions like orders, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment.
• Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability.
• Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation).
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
