Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to establish a robust QA team. The role involves implementing QA best practices, executing testing on Salesforce delivery projects, and building and training a team of QA professionals. The Salesforce QA Lead will collaborate with project teams, analyze requirements, define testing strategies, and ensure alignment with client business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA Professionals.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers and project managers to ensure quality deliverables
  • Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices for Salesforce delivery projects.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for various testing levels (unit, integration, system).
  • Execute manual and automated testing and document/report results on implementations and customizations
  • Identify, document, and report on defects using appropriate tools
  • Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure and improve team performance
  • Support client testing including defect triage, environment and data prep, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure that QA processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented, kept up-to-date based on tech releases, and accessible
  • Drive efficiency and innovation in the testing procedures including test automation frameworks and tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce
  • Experience with testing CPQ, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications/implementations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration
  • Experience with performance testing and security testing
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in building and mentoring QA teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
