Job Description
Otter is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead to be based in their Bogota office. Otter helps restaurants succeed in a digital-first world by increasing sales, reducing order issues, and decreasing delivery headaches. The Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead will lead a team of Solution Engineers and Integration Specialists, define integration strategies, and oversee the integration lifecycle. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration capabilities and drive revenue growth.
Role Involves:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Solution Engineers and Integration Specialists.
- Driving POS & middleware integrations for enterprise solutions.
- Partnering with the Sales team to provide technical expertise.
- Developing and optimizing internal processes to streamline integrations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, or middleware/POS integration.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in POS systems, middleware, API integrations, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and SaaS implementations.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, REST APIs, and enterprise middleware solutions.
