Otter is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead in Bogota. This role involves leading a team of Solution Engineers and Integration Specialists, defining integration strategies, and overseeing the integration lifecycle. The role requires technical expertise in pre-sales discussions and enterprise negotiations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead is involved in:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Solution Engineers and Integration Specialists across multiple regions.
• Defining and executing integration strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Overseeing the end-to-end integration lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and technical excellence.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to enhance integration capabilities and drive revenue growth.
• Partnering with the Sales team to provide technical expertise in pre-sales discussions and enterprise negotiations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored integration solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, or middleware/POS integration.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in POS systems, middleware, API integrations, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes, enterprise solution design, and SaaS implementations.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, REST APIs, and enterprise middleware solutions.
