Senior Manager, Data Operations

Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Manager for their Data Operations team. This individual will lead a team of Migration Analysts, focusing on ediscovery data processing and large-scale data migration for a diverse customer base.

The Senior Manager will work with legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity and security, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with ediscovery standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Migration Analysts.
• Developing and implementing data migration strategies.
• Establishing and enforcing data governance frameworks.
• Collaborating with Engineering, IT, Product, and GTM teams.
• Refining migration methodologies and tools.
• Providing performance reports on migration progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data migration, or data management, preferably in ediscovery.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and cloud-based data migration.
• Expertise in data governance and security practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
