Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Technology team. This role is crucial for the success of the Enterprise Technology team. The Salesforce BSA will spearhead the Quote to Cash process, a top priority project for Everlaw. The individual will design and implement a user-friendly process and its supporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will apply strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration to create a Quote to Cash process suitable for Everlaw's growth.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Own the Quote-to-Cash process and drive high impact initiatives in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and define business requirements.
• Own project plans and ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement configurations using declarative tools.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the Salesforce instance.
• Stay updated on product releases and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in SaaS.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in declarative development tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
